What a beautiful day to shed build! We eaasily managed to get all the shed panels onto the roof of the car and headed for the allotment and unloaded. Obvious first panel down was the floor which did seem fairly even under foot so our hard work the day before definately paid off. Next came the two side panels making a tipi and then the end panel with me in the middle holding it together. A bit of screwing together and a sneaky shot of Simon glancing at the instructions and before you know it, a shed started to appear.

Once all the panels were together and the edging added, the roof panels were next, door and roofing felt. That pretty much seemed to be the order when I look back at the photos because basically Simon just got on and built it whilst my back was turned. I would get the odd shout to hold something in place every now and again but pretty much as I was digging and bulb planting, Si built me a shed!

He hasn't once complained about the "simple" building tasks I've thrown his way. He has his own projects (mainly motorbike reconstruction) that he needs to get on with but he has tirelessly worked with me to get as much construction work done in the amazing fine October weather, knowing that the rainy stuff would be heading our way soon. Thanks Si, you're the best.
